Thrumming is an old , traditional technique where pieces of clean sheep's fleece are knitted in with normal yarn to add extra warmth to e.g. mittens and hats.

Suitable for participants who have some (even basic) knowledge of knitting, although it can cater for the brave souls who have no experience and are game to learn both at the same time!

All equipment and materials provided and you can take a supply of needles, wool and fleece home with you to keep and to finish the project..
