We are pleased to be able to bring you a two-day workshop session that is customer focused to enhance selling opportunities for artist and makers.

Session One: Understanding Your Customer 

The first session on Tues 23 Aug, will take you through the process of understanding your customer or groups of customers. 

Session Two: Communicating and Selling to Your Customer 

The second session on Tues 30 Aug, will look at how best to build a relationship through communication and selling.  

These two workshops will be interactive as we take you through the process of profiling and how best to maximise your relationship with your customer.  

You may have been selling your work for years, however we would encourage you to attend these sessions and look at the process with a fresh set of eyes to maximise the customer relationship.
