On arrival visitors will be welcomed into the garden where strawberries and home made ice-cream from the Cabin (the oldest ice-cream parlour in Donaghadee) will be served, there will be a fruit salad option. Here the artist will give a short talk on what inspires her work, followed by a short introduction to the materials, tools and techniques employed. There will then be the opportunity to browse the artwork on display.
The studio is situated in the centre of picturesque Donaghadee with its' charming cafes, antique and gift shops. The nearby Moat boats a Camera Obscura and is only a short walk away or why not take a walk around to the lighthouse at the end of the pier, the setting for 'Hope Street'.
Additional Info
The studio and garden are easily accessible to those with mobility issues, although the toilets are up a flight of stairs. On street parking is available with a time limit of 1 hour
