This exhibition is a celebration of four newly graduated makers from the Ards and North Down Borough!
"As applied arts students at Belfast School of Art, the last year was particularly difficult and challenging for us as our final year studies were coupled with unsettling world circumstances. Despite the trials, we all found ways to continue making, even when university was closed, and acquired tenacity and determination to overcome every obstacle to complete our journey to graduation.
We are the last year of our course; the very last graduates from BA Hons. Ceramics, Jewellery, and Silversmithing in Northern Ireland. With no university degree show to proudly display our hard work, achievements and skill, we were absolutely delighted that Ards Arts Centre stood with us and supported us, by offering those of us who live within the borough this fantastic opportunity to exhibit our degree work in this beautiful building.
It is with great pride that we welcome you to view our achievements; our final degree collections, enjoy!"
