Seacourt Print Workshop: ‘Reconstruct’ by Joanne Fitzpatrick

‘Reconstruct’ revisits past themes and imagery but using screen printing, painting, and restructuring techniques explore the work from a new perspective. Colour, composition, line and shape are important and the work becomes more abstract in nature examining and interpreting landscape on a looser level. This process encourages rigorous editing, reviewing and has brought a new depth and freedom to the artist’s work.
